　　Abstract：The Zhangsongding-Baliwan copper and gold polymetal metallogenic belt of E--W strike lies in the north of Derbugan deep fracture belt．By discussing the metallotect of Baliwan duplex rock mass，this paper summarizes the ore-forming process that the antecedent porphyry supplied mineralized material and the upper structures contmlled the ore run and guides prospecting deposits in this area in the future．
