　　摘要：危機(jī)礦山是指在礦區(qū)范圍內(nèi)可供丌采的保有儲(chǔ)量瀕臨枯竭、后備資源嚴(yán)重不足、面臨閉坑或破產(chǎn)的礦山。危機(jī)礦山問(wèn)題及由其產(chǎn)生的“四礦”問(wèn)題，已嚴(yán)重影響我國(guó)礦業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。本文著重從資源綜合利用和儲(chǔ)量動(dòng)態(tài)管理的角度，探討解決或緩解危機(jī)礦山問(wèn)題的途徑和對(duì)策。

　　Abstract; The resources crisis mines are defined as those which be faced with producible reserves ex- hausted and on the brink of bankruptcy. The problem of resources crisis mines is a serious problem that have an adverse effect on the sustainable development of mining industry and social stability. The authors discuss the way and countermeasure to resolve the problem of resources crisis mines in the eyes of compre- hensive utilization and dynamic management of mineral resources.
